On Monday 28th October 2024, a firearm was discharged at approximately 21:50hrs on Denman Drive, L6, resulting in a serious leg injury sustained by a 27 year-old male.

CCTV appeal - serious assault in Gaskell Park on 2nd September 2024

We are continuing to appeal for information following a stabbing in Liverpool

city centre. Officers were contacted at

8.55pm on Thursday 22 August following reports a 21-year-old man had been found

on Church Street with injuries to his body consistent with a bladed weapon

being used. It’s believed that the victim

was involved in an altercation with around seven young males before the

incident occurred.

We are appealing for

witnesses following a disturbance on a bus in Liverpool yesterday, Tuesday 27

August. A male attempted to board the

number 20 Stagecoach bus near Iceland on Walton Road at around 5.35pm. He

attempted to use a pre-paid travel card but when it was refused a fight broke

out which continued onto the pavement.
