Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses to an incident of disorder in Banbury.

At around 2.19pm today (25/4), a group of people were involved in a public disorder incident on Orchard Way, outside a barber shop.

Anyone with footage of this incident is asked to upload it to the dedicated portal for this investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call 101 or make a report online quoting investigation reference number 43250201394.
