At 11.17am on Monday (26 January) we were called to reports of a road traffic collision on Treeton Lane, involving a pedestrian and a green Iveco Daily.

It is reported that the Iveco and the pedestrian were involved in the collision, before the Iveco left the scene. 

The pedestrian, a 58-year-old man, was taken to hospital with injuries thought to be life-altering. 

The driver of the Iveco returned the scene and is assisting officers with their enquiries. 

We are asking anyone who may have witnessed the collision or who may have dashcam to please come forward.
