Police are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage after a collision in Hartlepool.
The collision happened around 5:50pm on Tuesday 30th November on the A689 eastbound/Stockton Road.
Two transit vans were involved in the collision and one of the drivers, a 66-year-old man, suffered a broken nose and was treated at the University
