Officers are appealing for information and any relevant dash cam following a collision involving a black vehicle and a child on a pedal bike in Hartlepool.
Cleveland Police are appealing for CCTV after two persons stole items including two bikes from a shed on Claymore Road between the hours of 04:00 and 04:47am on 17/03/2026 before making their way along Claymore Road in the direction of Owton Manor Lane.
