Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with CCTV or dash cam footage after a man was involved in a collision with a black Toyota Corolla in Ingleby Barwick.

The incident happened on Myton Road near Tesco car park

around 10:25pm on Tuesday 26th July.

A 27-year-old man suffered a laceration to his head.

A 22-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of driving

offences and wounding with intent. He remains in police custody at this time.
