a serious injury to his leg in a collision on the A171. 

The collision, involving a Triumph motorbike, happened at around 6pm on Sunday 22nd August on the A171 west, opposite the Cross Keys.  

The 45-year-old male rider was taken to James Cook University Hospital with a serious injury to his leg.

Anyone who may have dash cam footage of the incident is asked to contact PC Leslie Thompson on 101, quoting incident number 141529.
