Appeal after Fail-to-Stop Collision on Brenda Road, Hartlepool

Police are appealing for witnesses after a fail-to-stop collision in Hartlepool.
The collision happened around 6pm on Monday 13th September on Brenda Road.
Two vehicles, a white Volkswagen Golf and a white Nissan Juke, stopped at the scene, whilst a third vehicle which is believed to be a red Mitsubishi Shogun, did not stop.
