Police are appealing for witnesses and CCTV footage after a
man and woman suffered a stab wound in Hartlepool.
Ambulance service colleagues contacted police around 9:20pm on Wednesday 4th September, when a 30-year-old man suffered a stab wound to his abdomen on Stephen Street and was taken to James Cook University Hospital

for treatment. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

report that a 36-year-old woman had also suffered a minor stabbing injury to her leg at a property on Sheriff Street. She was not taken to hospital.
