Appeal after Robbery at Nisa in Stockton

Police are appealing for witnesses after a robbery in Stockton, with one suspect reported to have been carrying a knife. 

Around 8:10pm on Wednesday 20th April, a robbery took place at Nisa Stores on Wrensfield Road. 

Three males reportedly entered the store, one carrying a knife, and demanded cash.  

The suspects made off with several bottles of alcohol and a quantity of scratch cards in the direction of St Pauls Street and onto Vicarage Street. 

Fortunately, no one was hurt but two women who were in the store were left shaken by the incident. 

One of the suspects is described as wearing black clothing and another in blue.

A third male was wearing a distinctive three-quarter length yellow high visibility coat with two reflective bands across the chest. 

Detectives investigating would ask any witnesses or anyone with dash cam or CCTV footage to contact them on 101, quoting incident number 065849.
