Police are appealing for information as they investigate an arson in the Hemlington area of Middlesbrough.  

The incident happened around 9pm on Tuesday 16th March, when Fire Brigade colleagues were called to a property on Cramlington Close.  

Fortunately, no one was in the property at the time of the fire.  

Detectives are now appealing to anyone with information, including any witnesses and anyone who may have private CCTV or dash cam footage in the local area, to contact them.
