Officers are appealing for any witnesses or dash cam footage after a man was left with concussion after

 being assaulted.

The 34-year-old male victim was chased by a group of three males who made racially aggravated comments to

him, around 4:30pm on Thursday 10th November on Wykeham Close, Redcar.

The man fell to the floor and the suspects, who were all dressed in dark/black clothing, kicked him in the

head before stealing his car keys. The vehicle was not stolen.

The victim was found collapsed near to the New Life Church after trying to flag down moving vehicles. He received treatment at the scene for his injuries.

Anyone with information, anyone who may have witnessed the incident or anyone with CCTV or dash cam

footage who may driven by at the time, is asked to contact Cleveland Police on 101, quoting incident number 203609.
