Appeal after Boy Suffers Multiple Knife Injuries

Police were called to a report of a 17-year-old boy with multiple knife injuries on Phoenix Park in Hemlington at 12:40am this morning (Wednesday 30 April).
The boy was taken to hospital with life threatening injuries.A 17-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and possession of a class B drug. A man, aged 18, has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and possession with intent to supply class A drugs. Both are currently in police custody for questioning.
Officers are actively patrolling the area and a scene remains on Phoenix Park and the vicinity of this street while enquiries continue.
