Officers are appealing for information and any relevant dash

cam footage following a collision in Hartlepool involving a white Audi and a motorbike.

The collision occurred at around 8.15pm on Sunday 7th December at the junction of the A689 and Truro Drive in Hartlepool.

The rider of the motorbike suffered a serious head injury and was taken to hospital where he remains in a critical condition.

Two pillion passengers were also taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the Audi was not injured.

Enquiries are ongoing and officers are urging anyone who may have captured dash cam of the incident, to contact Cleveland Police on 101, quoting reference number 234059.
