Matrix officers are appealing for information and any relevant CCTV or dash cam footage following a serious collision in Middlesbrough.

The collision occurred at around 6.40pm on Wednesday 5th November on Cargo Fleet Lane in Middlesbrough and involved a white BMW and a pedestrian.

The pedestrian was taken to hospital with serious injuries where he currently remains.

A second collision was reported immediately after this incident in which a woman suffered minor injuries.

A 37-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident on suspicion of multiple driving offences and he currently remains in police custody at this time.
