Police are appealing for CCTV footage of a missing male Lewis PENFOLD-ROCHE. Any movements captured from 28/1/2024 onwards.

Lewis was last seen in the Billingham Area around Station Road / Central Avenue on 28/1/24 at 18:00hrs. Lewis was wearing a distinctive red parker style coat with fur hood, grey jeans and black trainers with a white trim/sole.
