On the 12th August 2024 around 1600hrs at the DOLPHIN CENTRE, PANGBOURNE there was an incident involving a male from a white tipper van with a bright orange canoe on the top and a female in another vehicle. The female has been assaulted numerous times and the children in the car also threatened by this male. Appealing for witnesses for the incident or anyone who may know who the male is to come forwards and provide more information about the incident.
