Thames Valley Police are appealing for your help regarding an incident that occurred on Balfour

Road, Oxford on Saturday 15th August 2026 between 13:45hr – 14:30hr near to the play area. We are appealing for any witnesses who may have seen or heard anything unusual in the area around this time. We are also appealing for any CCTV camera footage, including door-bell footage covering the area of Balfour Road and nearby areas. We would like to reassure you that we believe this to be an isolated incident with no identified threat to the public.
