3.       Why you are requesting the CCTV: This enquiry is in relation to a burglary report that was made In Banbury, Oxfordshire (reference: 43250107770) in the early hours of this morning, 05/03/2025. the victims vehicle was stolen during the incident along with a number of personal items including bank card. The victim has been notified by Starling bank that a transaction was made using the stolen back card at 0442hrs for £12.34 at this McDonalds store. I require any and all CCTV coverage from this store between 0430-0500hrs in order to identity the user of the card in order to identify the suspect. This time parameter is a reasonable scale which will capture any actions, movement and direction of travel of the subject before and after the transaction time, which will assist the progress of the enquiry.
