TVP are looking for witnesses and anyone with dash camera footage following a five vehicle collision in the car park of Stoke Mandeville Hospital, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. The victim sadly died on Sunday 12 July 2026. The collision happened at approximately 1420 hrs in car park B. 

The collision involved a blue Honda Jazz, a red Vauxhall Zafira, a blue Nissan Qashqai, a black BMW X1 and a white BMW 1 series. The victim a 54 year old female pedestrian suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment. Sadly she passed away on Sunday 12 July 2026.
