The collision involved two vehicles, a silver Honda Jazz and a red Mini Cooper. A passenger in the Mini sadly died in hospital on 14/04/26. We are appealing for any witnesses who may have seen either vehicle prior to the collision. The Honda had been travelling south heading towards Wigginton and the Mini travelling west in the direction of Hook Norton.
