We are

investigating an incident involving a black Audi saloon vehicle with silver

trims on the windows believed to be parking in the bays by Bicester Library between

the hours of 3:30pm-4:30pm. This is reported to have happened multiple times a

week over the last few weeks.We are

looking for footage of matching vehicles parking in the bays during the above hours,

on weekdays for as far back as the system records for.
