Victim was approached in the Kensington Park, Reading area whilst walking his dog after withdrawing cash, from the machine at Tesco Extra on Portman Road, Reading. 

Suspect has approached victim on a pedal cycle wearing all black and a balaclava. 

Suspect is described as 180cm, black/dark brown skin, with dark eyes. 

Suspect has then grabbed the victims hoodie and reached into the victims pocket and taken his wallet. 

Suspect has then cycled off in an unknown direction .
