Serious Injury Road Traffic Collision - Bletchley in Milton Keynes

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision on Saxon Street in Bletchley in which one driver failed to stop at the scene.
The collision occurred at just before 5.45pm last night (02/11) on the B4034 Saxon Street near the bus station in Bletchley. A vehicle struck a pedestrian crossing the road. The vehicle did not stop at the scene.
A girl aged in her teens, sustained serious injuries, which required hospital treatment, where she remains at this time. Investigating officer PC Richard Hinds, of the Roads Policing Unit, said: “I am appealing to anybody who witnessed this collision to please contact Thames Valley Police. “I would be particularly keen to hear from anybody who may have dash-cam footage of the incident which could help us to identify the vehicle that failed to stop to please provide this to us.“ You can do so via our dedicated portal for this investigation.
