A serious injury collision occurred on the M40 Northbound just after the J11 entry at around 17:00 hours. This collision involved a Red and black Yamaha R1 motorcycle and a red Mini and occurred in lane three. We are appealing for dashcam footage of any member of the public travelling northbound who were over or under taken by a motorcycle prior to Junction 11 M40.
