We are appealing for witnesses and those with information, CCTV or dashcam footage to come forward following reports of an assault in Doncaster.

It is reported that at 9.20pm on Wednesday 3 December, a man was attacked by a group of around five people on Highfield Road in Conisbrough.

Officers and the ambulance service attended, and the man was taken to hospital with injuries that are not life-threatening or life-altering.

Officers have launched an investigation and we are appealing for your help as our enquiries continue.
