We are appealing for information following a road traffic collision in Sheffield.

On Friday 15 May at 12.20pm, we were called to reports of a road traffic collision involving a black Toyota BZ4X and a pedestrian on Arundel Gate in Sheffield city centre.

Officers and the ambulance service attended the scene, and the pedestrian, a man in his 80s, was taken to

hospital with life-threatening injuries.
