We are appealing for witnesses and anyone with dashcam footage or CCTV following a road traffic collision on Olympus Way in Hoyland,

Barnsley. Yesterday (Saturday 10 May) at 6.34pm, we were called to reports of a road traffic collision at the junction of Olympus Way and Tankersley Lane.

It is reported that a blue Honda motorcycle and a black Renault Clio were involved in the collision. The driver of the motorcycle was taken to hospital where he remains with life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the Renault remained at the scene and assisted officers with their enquiries. We are now asking for any witnesses, or anyone who may have dashcam or CCTV footage of the reported collision to please come forward and assist with our investigation.
