We are continuing to search for missing 76-year-old David Kay, who is captured here on the doorbell footage.

David was last seen in Spring Vale Garden Village, Darwen, at 5pm on Sunday. He may be confused and we, as well as David’s family, are very concerned for his welfare.

David is 5ft 6, skinny, and has very short almost bald hair and grey stubble. When he was last seen, David was wearing a blue or navy blue thick woollen zip cardigan, an over stretched woollen hat, black tracksuit bottoms and black shoes. 

David can walk long distances and goes to Darwen town centre and Darwen cemetery. If you see David please call 999 straight away and quote log 699 of 24 March 2025.

We would ask the people of Darwen to check their doorbell, dashcam and CCTV footage and see if they have captured a man matching David’s description and wearing the same clothes as in the attached footage between 5pm on Sunday and now.
