Shannon Canning, 24 from Lancaster hasn’t been seen since the early hours of Friday morning (May 19) and her friends and

family are understandably concerned.

Shannon finished work at Tipple Bar, Lancaster on May 18 and was seen on CCTV walking home along Spring Garden Street towards George Street at around 9:09PM. She arrived to her home address on Keswick Court at around 09:30PM. She left her home again in the early hours of Friday May 19 and hasn’t made any contact with her friends or family since.

We’re really concerned for Shannon and are asking the public to think back to the weekend, for any information that might help us find her.Shannon didn’t arrive again for work the following afternoon (May 19) and so we launched a dedicated investigation and search team, who are working alongside partners from other agencies to find Shannon as quickly as possible.

We have now identified CCTV footage showing Shannon at 02:19AM on Friday May 19 walking on Patterdale Road toward Firbank Road. Our investigation is now concentrating focusing around the digital evidence and reviewing CCTV from that area in order to trace Shannon’s movements from that point.
