We are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage after a man sadly died following a two car collision on the A666 in Darwen close to the junction with Green Arms Road at around 8am today (February 19)

We are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage after an elderly pedestrian was hit by a van in Chorley. The incident happened at around 11.25am yesterday (February 16) at the junction of Chapel Street and Clifford Street.

We were called to the petrol station forecourt at the junction of Granville Preston New Roadand Granville Road at 11.05pm on Friday (February 11) following reports of a disturbance.

Around 10.45pm there were reports of an altercation involving the occupants of a VolkswagenPassat and a Volkswagen Golf had on the forecourt, which continued onto Granville Road.

We are appealing for witnesses after a serious collision in Blackpool.We were called at about 6pm yesterday (Thursday, February 10th) after a Ford Focus collided with a pedestrian on Lytham Road.The pedestrian, a woman in her 30s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

We were called at 5.37pm yesterday (November 16th) to Scott Park following reports a teenage girl had been grabbed from behind by a man and subjected to a serious sexual assault. A scene is currently in place in the park and although no arrest has been made at this stage enquiries are ongoing to identify a suspect.
