The male was seen in an area of the park close to Allerford Road and Exford Road at around 13:45hrs on Thursday 4th May 2023 and has caused significant distress to a member of the public who managed to take a picture of him from a distance.

Officers are looking for other witnesses who may have seen the male before or have any information relating to his identity to get in touch.

Officers are also asking if anybody from housing nearby could check please check their doorbell cameras and CCTV around the time in question to see if he has been captured.
