On 9th May at around 1143hrs the RB has been stood on GROVE

ROAD, waiting to cross at a pedestrian crossing, holding their 1 year old child

and a changing bag. The traffic lights have turned red and the RB was awaiting

the 'beeping' sound to alert pedestrians to cross and RB has noticed a bike

coming from the direction of WANTAGE, the bike has continued through the red

light and slowed down in front of RB preventing her from crossing, the rider

has tilted his head down looking directly at the RB and up again, and made a

grunting noise before laughing and cycling off in the direction of GROVE. The suspect is described as IC1, stocky build, approx late

30's, wearing a black beanie hat, dark coloured hooded jacket, dark coloured

cargo shorts. with a black rucksack on his back, ginger features due to pale

skin with pink complexion. Riding a dark bike with thick tyres.
