Thames Valley Police is appealing for any witnesses or footage following an incident on MANDARIN DRIVE, NEWBURY, which occurred on the night of TUESDAY 31ST DECEMBER 2024. We are looking to obtain any information or footage which may show the movement of key people between 22:00hrs and 02:00hrs on the 1ST JANUARY.
