Oxford Police have seen an emerging series of theft of push bike and assaults in the Mesopotamia Walk area of Oxford. The 2 suspects, described as 14-16yrs old males, have been approaching children and adult females. They have been abusive, pushed the victim's from their bikes and have then stolen the bikes. Appeal is for any witnesses to the offences, and any photo and CCTV evidence of potential suspects.
