We are appealing for any witnesses or CCTV opportunities that may be linked to a possible burglary incident which has occurred on WEBBS WAY in Kidlington. 

We believe the two suspects are male and possibly are teenagers. The suspects were seen by a witness who described one individual as wearing a balaclava.
