Appealing for witnesses, dash cam or CCTV that shows a collision between someone riding a bicycle and a car on the A329 Caversham Road in the vicinity of the fire station. Also for any information on the vehicle involved, footage or sightings of a car that has damage that would be in-keeping with a collision with a bicycle (front end damage, windscreen etc).
