Appealing for witnesses with dash cam or CCTV in regards to a fatal collision that happened approximately 22.18 hrs on the 3rd August 2025. Any footage that contains a Kia Rio 2 in white and / or a Black BMW 318D travelling in the area of Cuddesdon Road, Horspath or Wheatley between 2200 to 22.18 hrs on the 3rd August 2025.
