This is an appeal for footage relating to the incident that occurred in Pioneer Square, Bicester on the 8th of August 2025 between 1245hrs and 1330hrs. A male was arrested for a Section 4A Racially and Religiously Aggravated Public Order Offence. A person is guilty of this offence if, with intent to cause a person harassment, alarm or distress, he uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour which is racially or religiously aggravated.
