Please contact Police if you witnessed a serious injury road traffic collision that occurred on the M40 near to Junction 11, Banbury on 12/12/2025 at 19:08 hours.  The collision involved a grey Citroen, a blue Ford and later another unknown vehicle and a grey Skoda.  The drivers of the blue Ford and the unknown vehicle failed to stop at the scene of the collision.
