Between 1.00pm - 2.00pm on Saturday 9th March a man exposed himself to a female on Harts Hill Road in Thatcham, by the junction of Marsh Road.

Do you have CCTV, Video Doorbell or Dash Cam footage between 1.00pm – 2.00pm that might have captured his route? Have you seen any suspicious people in the area recently? 

The offender appeared to be of South American ethnicity, with short dark hair, 30 – 40 years old, medium build and 5’10” to 5’11 tall. He was wearing a loose long, dark grey tracksuit and black trainers. 

He was seen again between 1.45 - 2.45pm on Henwick Lane, opposite the football club and sports ground, with a younger male on a bicycle.

The second male was white, with a pale complexion, short dark blonde hair, and a slightly pointed nose. He was wearing a red or orange t-shirt and blue jeans. He sounded local to the area. We are keen to speak with this male as he may be able to assist us with our enquiries.
