Police are appealing to potential witnesses in the area who may have witnessed an incident in the Bretch Hill area of Banbury on the evening of Monday 23rd June 2025. 

Several males and two vehicles are believed to be involved.

Police also appeal to residents with CCTV or door cameras to review footage between 21.45 to 22.30.
