We are appealing for information and dashcam footage following reports of a burglary at the home of an elderly man in Rotherham.It is reported that between 5pm and 5.15pm on Friday (7 August), two unknown men entered an address on Wickersley Road near the

junction with Sitwell Park Road.

It is alleged that the suspects stole sentimental jewellery, two medals, and a quantity of cash. They reportedly left the property through the front window, carrying the stolen goods in blue and yellow pillowcases and crossed the road to a white vehicle waiting on Great Bank Road.

Enquiries are ongoing to identify the suspects, and we are asking anyone who may have relevant dashcam footage from the time of the incident to check if it has captured anything suspicious.
