We are committed to working with organisers of car meets, but the criminality and danger they can pose will not be tolerated.
On Wednesdsay (19 February) just after 7pm we received further reports that cars were driving at speed along the A57 and Eckington Way.
Our officers, alongside response and roads policing officers, will be continuing patrols in the area.
We are now asking for your help for us to identify those involved and ask that if you have any footage of the vehicles involved or committing offences, you share this with us.
