Appeal after Cyclist Injured in Ormesby Collision

Officers are appealing for witnesses, dash cam footage and
private CCTV footage after a 40-year-old cyclist was injured in a collision.
Around 7:45pm on Friday 18th October, the male cyclist was travelling along Normanby Road in Ormesby, towards Cargo Fleet Lane, when a white van reportedly collided with him between Ainstable Road and Allendale Road, causing him to fall from his bike.
The man suffered a broken wrist and was taken to James Cook University Hospital for treatment.
The white van did not stop at the scene.
