Appeal after Robbery in Saltburn

Officers are appealing for CCTV and witnesses after two boys were victims of a robbery in Saltburn.
The incident happened around 7:45pm on Wednesday 19th July as two boys aged 14 and 16 were on their bikes near to the skatepark on Woodrow Avenue when two males approached them and one dragged one of the boys

from their bike.
A knife was shown by one of the suspects and both boys ran off towards Woodrow Avenue/Marske Road before calling emergency services. It is not known which direction the two suspects left the scene on the two bikes.
The two suspects are described as wearing tracksuits and black balaclavas.
Officers would appeal for CCTV from the area from around 7pm on Wednesday 19th July which may assist the investigation and would also appeal to any witnesses to come forward.
