Appeal Following Serious Collision in Norton

Police are appealing for witnesses and drivers with dash cam footage to come forward following a serious collision at the junction of Norton Avenue and Somerset Road in Norton, Stockton.

The incident occurred at 2:15pm on Saturday 2nd September and involved a Yamaha motorcycle and a silver Peugeot 208. The rider of the motorcycle suffered serious head injuries and remains in hospital.

It is believed a driver of a black Skoda vehicle stopped at the time of the collision and officers are appealing for this person to please come forward to assist with enquiries.
