Men Critical Following Motorbike Collision

Two men remain in hospital with serious injuries after a collision at the junction of Normanby Road and The Avenue in Normanby.
The collision happened around 5:30pm yesterday, Thursday 25th September, involving a red and white Honda motorbike and a silver Ford Transit van.
The road was closed whilst enquiries were carried out and reopened at around 10:35pm yesterday evening.
Both riders of the motorbike suffered serious injuries and the driver of the van received minor injuries.
A 27-year-old man suffered serious head injuries, broken wrists and other internal injuries. A 32-year-old man suffered serious head injuries. Both remain at James Cook
