New CCTV Image Released in Appeal to Trace Dennis Richardson

Police are releasing a new CCTV image showing missing72-year-old Dennis Richardson. 

The image captures Dennis as he walks along Skippers Lane at 9:40am on Monday 5th December, heading in the direction of the Trunk Road. It is believed that Dennis may then enter the fields which back onto Maplewood Drive and Spencerfield Crescent.  

Members of the public living in that area are being asked
to check any CCTV footage they may have which may show Dennis between 9:45-10:45am on Monday 5th December, and to check any gardens, sheds and outbuildings for signs of someone having been there, such as disturbed bushes, discarded items.  

Dennis is described as around 6ft tall, of medium build
with grey hair which has recently been cut.  

Detective Inspector Dan Cook said: “We are continuing to search for missing Dennis and would like to appeal to the public to check their CCTV footage for Dennis on Monday morning so that it can help us piece together his movements.

"We’d also like to ask those living in the area around Skippers Lane, Trunk Road, Maplewood Drive and Spencerfield Crescent to check gardens and outbuildings
for any signs of anyone having been there.”
