Police are appealing for witnesses, CCTV and mobile phone

footage following a large scale disturbance on Quenby Road, Billingham. 

The incident occurred between 1800 – 1830 hours Tuesday 20th September 2022 involving a number of MALES and FEMALES. 

One Adult male and one juvenile Female were arrested at the

scene. 

Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have CCTV

or mobile phone footage which could assist the investigation are asked to

contact either PC2884 HAMBLY or PC2527 WRAGG on 101 quoting incident number

SE-22-169133.
